Plaza de la Catedral: Old Havana Travel Poster

An unusual photograph from the early 1900s, this image captures Havana’s Plaza de la Catedral with horse-drawn carriages waiting in the shade of Spanish Colonial buildings.

The cathedral’s weathered baroque tower rises above cobblestone streets. It’s an ordinary morning: church bells marking the hour, public carriages lined up for passengers, and the city moving through its daily routines.

Our vintage-inspired travel poster preserves this quiet scene in Old Havana, before automobiles arrived and the 20th century transformed both the plaza and the city’s unhurried pace.
