SHIPPING

All Atlantic & Havana fine art prints are made to order and produced by our trusted print and framing partners in the United States.

Production & Delivery Time: Please allow up to one week from your order date for production and shipping. Most orders ship within 4–6 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via different carriers to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery. Signature confirmation may be required for orders over $500.

Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping on all US orders over $250. For orders under $250, a flat shipping rate of $14 applies, calculated at checkout.

 

RETURNS

Our goal is for you to love your art. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in its original, unused, undamaged, and resellable condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return: Please do not ship your item back without first contacting us. To begin a return:

  1. Email us at customerservice@atlanticandhavana.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return
  3. We will respond within 1–3 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions
  4. Wait to receive a Return Authorization from our customer care team before returning your item. Items shipped back without a Return Authorization will not be eligible for refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as Atlantic & Havana is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Items received with postage due will not be refunded.


REFUNDS

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original form of payment. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift Purchases: Items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded as store credit in the amount paid for the item, excluding original shipping charges.

Incorrect or Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must receive a Return Authorization from us before shipping back an incorrect or damaged item. Items shipped back without a Return Authorization will not be eligible for replacement.

You will need to provide images of the damaged art, frame, and packaging. For items damaged during delivery, please save the original packaging and return the item and all materials in a new box. We will reimburse your return shipping costs and replace the incorrect or damaged item.

FINAL SALE

The following are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items that have been altered or framed by the customer, or show signs of handling or use
